Although delivery dates are frequently stated by furniture stores unfortunately these promises are not always met and for this reason I would always prefer to pay a deposit and the balance just prior to dispatch of the items that we have ordered once everyone is certain the item is actually available for the date agreed. The price quoted for removal and disposal of the old item is unrealistic, unfortunately the service falls down on these points.

I found the prices quite high but I understand that the quality is very good and I'm hoping it'll last us a long time and will make my back pains easier to deal with .

Delivery time let Dreams down. Your assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful but the earliest delivery date of 6 weeks away did detract from our experience.

The next available delivery date wasn't for a few weeks; would have been nice to get it a bit sooner but I appreciate this isn't always possible.

Price on the display board should be the price you pay, not changed and told it hadn't been changed to the higher price.

slightly felt that sales staff hung around, it would have been polite for them to leave us alone to discuss between ourselves
