Dreams - Wellingborough

This was the first time we have used dreams and as soon as we entered the store there was an assistant ready to help if needed.

The young lady assistant was very caring and understanding of our needs, nothing was too much trouble, she made sure we were comfortable in the store and she provided refreshment while we considered what to have if our assistant was unsure regarding her knowledge she found out answers from her manager who was also very helpful. We had already been to visit another store but found Dreams to be very much the better to deal with, so far we are completely satisfied.

Great customer servive and nice that they gave you time to chat through the options without breathing down your neck.

The assistant Roxana did absolutely everything to help us to do the best choice and the Manager Mark was really helpful. In fact we went back to get a bed to our son after we got a bed and mattress 10 days ago . Thank you very much

Our visit to Dreams in Wellingborough was so much easier than I had expected, given the current covid19 restrictions. At 11am we were greeted immediately by Darcy, the friendly and helpful Store Assistant who guided us thoughtfully through our options, both for the bed frame and a suitable mattress. My mobility issues (M.S. and Scoliosis) were taken into careful consideration and I actually felt I was less of a problem to other people than most places I go nowadays.. so a big THANK YOU for that too! 😁 Another big THANK YOU must go to Store Manager Mark who managed to knock a whole £59 off the final price, which already had 20% off during this Special Offer period. 😀👍🏻 Having added bed and mattress cover to our deal, we will have a very generous 40 day trial period for which we received a free mattress cover to use. Our choices are due to be delivered in 2 weeks.. just enough time to have a bedroom reorg! Haha. Can't wait! 🛏😍

The 3 members of staff I had contact with were so friendly and helpful. In particular Mark and sharon. It was all sharons' knowledge and help with the mattress that convinced me to buy it. I cannot fault the staff. In fact my friend and daughter came into the store with me, my daughter ended up buying a pillow and my friend ended up buying a bed!!! An excellent sales team.

I am totally satisified, with my visit to the store when selecting my purchase and on my second visit to place my order. I am also delighted with the communication I received in relation to the delivery. The actual delivery persons were amazing, polite and sociable, they did everything. This is fantastic customer service all round, well done to all at Dreams.
