the dissatisfaction with the order was not in the store at the time of the order, an advertisement on national tv the afternoon after spending £1,752 for Tempur mattresses include free cover and pillow, as the pillow was an extra £85 not to mention the cover, imade enquiries at your wellingborough store to be informed Dreams wasn't taking part the offer. as an agent for Tempur i find it very confusing

I did not require much help as I had looked online and went to the shop to check the size of the packaging to make sure it would fit into my car. I am sure if I had questions or was uncertain about my purchase, I would have appreciated and required more help and assistance.

I was highly satisfied as the sales assistant understood my needs and explained in details the difference between each mattress I looked at. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to having a comfortable nights sleep once our mattress is delivered.

Due to the nature of your computer system, we were held up whilst the systems updated in order to correct an error with my email address. This was no fault of the staff just the way your computer systems operated.
