The only improvement would be, in hindsight, discussing budget first as we were shown the perfect mattress before we realised it was very expensive and far more than we would ever even consider paying.

Didn't have the single mattress I wanted for me to look at as it was the cheaper end of the price range which was a bit annoying as I ordered 3 and would have liked to look first

The female colleague whom I placed a deposit with was friendly, not pushy and understood the criteria I had and was able to help me make a purchase, however when the other male colleague entered the conversation he added confusion, stating that the reduction was due to finish that night and therefore I would need to make a purchase or put down a deposit to get the product at that price straight away. He then Proceeded to say there is a 48 hour cancellation but would lose 20% deposit paid. The lady phoned her manager to ensure I would be able to get full deposit back within 48hours if the house I was hoping to rent fell through. The next day I went back to store to see whether the price had changed and the guy from the previous night said his mistake the sale is on until next Tuesday and the 48hours cancellation did not mean you had your deposit back it was lost. However the lady xolleague I made the purchase with has written on the contract that full refund would be granted on the authority of management before I signed. Maybe clearer training on the policies could have made this less pressurising to make a purchase.

Applying for interest credit took longer than expected.

When it came to making the transaction. There was an issue with the card payment machine. The staff explained that it was the first time they had encountered the problem. The payment was of an high amount. The problem was resolved by myself calling my card issuer and they verified the transaction had been approved. This was after 45 minutes of the store manager trying to resolve the issue.

Maria took the time with myself trying out different mattresses and discussing different beds, she was also very patient with my 5 year old daughter. We were not impressed however with the Man in store that was telling Maria to hurry up on the tills and his general attitude, very unprofessional in front of customers.
