We were not shown on the screen what order we had placed. Just told what it would cost. When I got home, on the order there was a Bed Cover Primary item applied for £85.00. Do not know what this is about.

The staff were friendly but we felt pushed to the higher budget items. When we first got in, there was only one member of staff who was busy trying to help several people. Another member of staff arrived soon after but we did have to wait a while to be helped. The wait for the delivery isn't great and paying extra for Saturday delivery isn't very good.

I think satisfied is a good feeling to have buying a bed, the store colleague was a little abrupt when we arrived to my daughter who lay on the bed measuring device despite it being the 1st thing you see when you walk in the door. It even says touch screen to start and he said that was for staff.
