Dreams - Wellingborough

Sales technique was not pushy, but constantly saying it isn't a pushy technique was a bit odd. Finding my address was ok for credit, but didn't exist for delivery and had to be manually entered - the house has been there 1 year! It was hard to keep track of exactly what the total cost was going to be, could do with being clearer. Really knowledgeable sales team though, and the mattress measurement machine did a perfect job.

Incorrect name spelt on order

There was an up to half price sale on but none of the mattresses seemed to have much of a discount. Dreams don't accept blue light card for emergency services personnel.

It was good - I felt I was being sold to - which is fine but felt a little bit rushed

I ordered a super king bed but u did not have any super king duvets to go with it that was my only issue

The salesman was quite pushy about us buying extra items we didn't need. This, of course, is his job so he succeeded, but it did seem quite forceful and might put others off.

I was satisfied with the store but it only met my expectations. Charlotte's service however exceeded them with her knowledge and her friendly manner.

I was very satisfied with everything about my experience at visiting the Wellingborough store and found the staff very helpful and professional and I would certainly use the store again.
