I visited twice. Once to window shop, which I received help from Sharon. She was very informative and not pushy at all. This made me revisit the Wellingborough shore a second time. I had noticed a bed on my first visit. Very eye-catching. However, if a shop assistant had tried to force a sale on me I wouldn't have made that return visit. I hate it when I feel forced into a purchase. However, I returned & asked for more information about the bed I had in mind. The help and information I received made me decide to purchase this item. Also, the honesty of the sales assistant (Sharon) helped me decide. Well done.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY RUNG THE STORE TO SEE IF I PLACED AN ORDER THAT IT COULD BE DELIVERED WHEN I NEEDED IT. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WENT AND CHECKED WHICH PRODUCT IT WAS IN STORE AND CONFIRMED I COULD HAVE IT WHEN REQUIRED. IN STORE THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT.

In essence I was not highly satisfied because I have yet to experience the product.I will be in a better position to rate it once the product has been delivered and it's been tried and tested by my wife and I.

The lady and all staff in store were brilliant, we enjoyed our visit to the store but when trying the beds out I used a pillow which was really comfortable, upon buying our new bed and matteress we purchased what we thought were the same pillows we had been trying and my husbands is perfect but mine is the most uncomfortable pillow i have ever tried to sleep with, not at all like the one i had in the shop. I have contacted customer services within 2 days and there is nothing i can do as they have no policy for pillows once they are used. I have wasted £85.00 and have a painful neck in the proces
