I was highly satisfied with my experience at this deams because as soon as I entered the store I was greeted I explained what I was looking for and the lady was very helpful and found what I was looking for instantly and explained the best matress for my needs.

We are always very highly satisfied with this store. As the service is very very good, you are always made more than welcome at Wellingborough dreams store with no pressure put on you what so ever. Very very friendly staff at this store which is always a bonus. Even get offered tea or coffee while you are filling in forms for your purchase. Would recommend this store to other people we know. This store and its staff are 100 percent perfect. Thanks a lot to the lovely staff at Wellingborough.

We went into the store just to browse but ended up purchasing the bed because we really felt we needed it and we're not pushed into the sale. The assistant was informative and helpful.

The customer service was excellent. Both assistants were polite and approachable but not too pushy. They were friendly despite us arriving late in the day. They provided me with several options and gave me helpful advice. I could not fault them at all.

The whole team in the store were very friendly and professional. It was so good, after buying a mattress for my daughter, i went back the following day and purchased another one for my son. It was really nice that the team remembered me and were again, incredibly engaging. A great group of representatives that any business should be proud of.
