The staff James and the lady were both attentive and friendly despite my late arrival.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly good selection off products well laid out display good experience

Both the sales person (Amanda) and her manager (didn't get his name) were attentive and informative.

The member of staff that assisted me had a high knowledge on the products and helped me find the correct products for my requirements.

The lady that served us was very helpful and I'm quite indecisive and she was very patient with me

Sharon was very friendly and helpful without being pushy and Matthew makes an excellent cup of tea - all of this with massive smiles! They and the manager made the whole experience very relaxed, whilst professional. Would definitely recommend this branch again.

As a family we took our 4yr old daughter with us to choose a bed, the staff were very patient with her as we let her choose the mattress she wished to have as she was favouring the floor to her current junior bed so wanted to encourage her. We never felt pressured or rushed to choose at any point, even offered a cup of tea whilst she had a try out, the staff member was very friendly with her and spoke to her just like she was a customer but without influencing her and informing us with regards to the price points and advantages as she went around to forwarn us of the cost just in case but never was made to feel like cost may have been an issue. We were given all the time we needed to ensure she was happy which was the most important thing.

When we entered the store we were welcomed with a "good morning" then left to look around until we asked for assistance The store assistant was very helpful and friendly as we're all the staff in the store. Will definitely use this store again and recommend it to friends and family.

The service was immediate very friendly and helpful although what I asked for was not available the assistant came up with an acceptable option whilst not being overbearing very impressed
