Dreams - Wellingborough

The guy working at the Wellingborough store on Sunday 7th June at 1pm was absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and not pushy yet really informative!

We returned after buying a 'Panache'' mattress 4 years ago and were greeted warmly by our sales assistant. She allowed us to browse briefly and then asked if she could help us at all? We explained we were looking for a particular mattress and she immediately told us that the particular model we were seeking had now been discontinued but she then showed us several similar styles, explaining in detail their attributes and letting us try lying on them all. She pointed out the difference with pocket springs etc. Once we had made our choice she took the payment and arranged delivery and date swiftly and efficiently. We would recommend Dreams (and have done) to our friends and family. It provides a friendly and informative service.

We only came into the shop to look at the beds but Sharon and her colleague were excellent so we purchased a bed! We were not pressurised, we were able to take our time to decide on our purchase and while the paperwork was being processed we were given a nice cup of tea. This was customer service at its best, how it used to be. Thank you to you both.

Sharon served us & was excellent at explaining features of various items. They all smiled & said hello when we first arrived & were friendly. We were offered coffee which was nice, although we don't drink instant coffee. I'm in sales & could see that Sharon was offering all the extras, finance, headboard, pillows (which we purchased).

A return visit. I did not purchase the first time but found the staff to be helpful and friendly without being pushy so I was not put off from returning to the store when I was ready to purchase.

Your sales representative was extremely helpful. Her product knowledge and being able to try the product was useful. I am unsure how the prices compare to other places as I needed a bed and was not going to shop around, however I was happy paying the amount for what i presume is a good product.
