Matt was friendly and helpful. He even loaned us a tape measure so we could nip home and measure up. He explained everything in detail and made sure we were assured that if we were not 100% happy we could swap the mattress. I think we spent a bit more than we wanted but overall we had a good experience.

We had an idea of what we were looking for and while speaking to the customer advisor tried a number of beds and mattresses until found a good match. Then talked about pillows and found a good range all while dealing with the same advisor, did not feel pressured into a purchase at all.

I was satisfied because its the first time i've ever been bed shopping and the man was so helpful explaining all the different types I initally went in wanting to spend no more than £400 but came out having spent £620 but i'm happy about that decision. I got what i wanted because of the assistance i was given if i hadn't of had that assistance i probably would have just walked out and still be searching now

The lady listened very carefully to the reason why we needed a new bed: related to my son's back problem. She took a great deal of trouble to help him to try out different combinations of pillows and beds, and to try different sleep positions. She was caring and kind and very nice to me and the children. I felt that my problem had been solved. I felt like she knew what she was talking about. I felt like she really cared that we got the right bed for our needs.
