very friendly and helpful, understood what we needed.

Assistant was welcoming and very helpful! Product was well demonstrated and encouraged to try bed with plenty of help! Tea and coffee was offered although declined.

Friendly,efficient service. Not overly pushed along to make our choice.

When buying a new bed for a teenager you don't want over the top sales assistants. My son actually interacted quite happily with the sales team. The lady that served us spoke to him about what he wanted in his bedroom and the type of mattress that he wanted. I just let her get on with it. He even said afterwards what a good sales assistant she was! We've experienced some young male assistants that just try to be your mate and they are really annoying, nothing like your lady.

I was served by Sharon who was lovely and spent ages with me explaining the ins and outs of each bed to try and help me with my back problem. The other two people in the store were friendly and even offered me a cup of tea! They showed me the mattress from the store front to make sure I was happy with it and to prove that there was no marks on it. A great bunch of people work in the Wellingborough store.

Went into dream for pillows staff where very helpful, supplying us with different types of pillows to try and which ones they thought was better quality staff didn't push us to make a decision like most stores I've been in.

the whole experience was very good, friendly, polite and very helpful staff. the shop itself was very neat, tidy and very well laid out nothing was hidden from sight

The knowledge of the staff made it easier for us to pick the right bed for us, i was very pleased with the overall experience.

Friendly helpful staff, and although there was a computer problem on ordering, this was handled well, it was not the fault of the assisitant.
