Lovely service and knowledge of products to meet out needs

We made two visits to the Wellingborough store, the first where we were given a coffee and as much assistance as we required. The second visit we met Sharon the assistant manager and she was also very helpful. We placed the order on visit two.

The Sales assistant Sharon at the Wellingborough branch was fantastic, very helpful and helped us select an excellent bed and mattress She is a credit to the company

The assistant was informative friendly and respected the time I needed to take.

Staff were all very pleasant and made me a lovely cup of tea, no pushy sales people which made the experience very easy, would highly recommend dreams to anybody.

I was extremely impressed with the way the store Manager Litin.. Handled the sale from start to finish. I haven't brought a new mattress in awhile and he was patient, while I looked around the store and talked me through all my options. He offered me refreshments and helped me choose the right product tailored for MY needs.. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to over sell me a the most expensive product. He came across as a trust worthy knowledgeable person... I did go to Benson for beds, But Nitin's customer service sealed the deal for me. Great asset to your team. I've already told my friend who is interested in purchasing new bed.. That this should be her first stop. All in all good experience.

I am really pleased with my experience at Dreams in Wellingborough, I was not looking forward to buying a new bed, but I am pleased that I have now purchased a new bed, as last time I purchased divan bed from Dreams was on online about 4 years ago and I have suffered ever since with the uncomfortable hard mattress. Here's hoping for a few Dreamy nights. Thanks.

I have been in the store on two occasions ,the staff have been very attentive and their products knowledge is great, hence why I brought the bed. Well done

They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. There was no pressure and we were left to browse they even made us a hot drink and conversed with our toddle. Much more helpful than anywhere else we had been.
