Served by the manager initially, very friendly and knowledgeable, showed us all our options and explained everything well. Made us a brew, which was very welcome :-) The only issues that we had were with your computer system not doing what it should, at checking out time, but they all do that from time to time.....

Excellent service nothing was too much trouble. We were given relevant information, encouraged to ask questions and given ample time to browse and make a decision. We were offered refreshments and made to feel very welcome. The Dreams colleague was called Liten at the Wellingborough branch. The store was recommended to us by a friend and we have to say we were not disappointed. Thank you.

The guy who served us was extremely helpful, friendly and not pushy! He made the experience stress free (I had a 3year old with me!) seemed genuinely interested in what was right for me... Good guy!

The two people working there could not be more helpful .we tried all the difference types of mattress till we were shore we chose the right one,i made a mistake on size of bed ,no fuss changing the order, we were also given tea coffee and biscults while trying the beds it was a good experience and fun.

Purchased what was required, very helpful staff, even offered tea or coffee!! Only negative is that old mattress is not taken away free.

Sales guy extremely helpful and friendly. knew his stuff. I haven't received goods yet to be able to rate the quality hence why input as " neither satisfied or disatisfied "
