Very friendly and helpful without being too pushy, left on our own for a while so we could talk between ourselves , and was offered a cup of tea ,we went on the Sat and came book on sun and bought the bed ,so pleased with our purchase ,will tell my family and friends what a lovely shopping experience,thank you so much

When I came into the store Litin (the manager) recongnise me from a previous visit to the store where I was quite shy, I asked him about the bed from a brand that he previous recommend I looked at. Unfortuantley he didn't have it in store but his knowledge of the product was incredible. He was very helpful and took the time with me as he new this is the first ever time I will buy a bed and mattress, which was really important to help me decide. He was very helpful especially with the mattress as he helped me save around £100 as he helped me find a mattress I found comfortable which was felt the same to one of the first ones I tried. He was absolutely fantastic and explained everything Through out the entire process and I will shop at dreams again due to this fantastic service I have already recommended to my dad is also looking to purchase a new bed.
