The sales Representative was very knowledgeable and experienced in the product she was selling and showed us the product on the overhead monitor which was very helpful in making my mind up to buy the product.

Assistant was extremely understanding and knowledgeable of the products.

The staff were very helpful. And made you feel welcome and the had a full understanding of the products they were selling.

Staff were very friendly, informative and helpful.

We have recently moved in together as a new family, and needed a new bed ....and have purchased as a wedding present to each other ..only had a limited time to search in our lunch hour.....as neither of us sleep well and move and stress etc...We new where to start our search and was delighted when not did we choose a bed we both liked.!! We also was assisted in the choosing of the mattes. ..all done and dusted within an hour...delivery very reasonable ...within good time frame and looking forward to good nites sleep . Staff extremely helpfully went out of his way to help us , very polite and new what his was talking about , Litin should us numerous bed which he new all about , we where offered a drink a seat and he was very well versed re the goods in his store, a truly good experience mr & mrs Hill

We had been a year before to get ourselves a bed & we saw one that would be perfect for our son in the future. We we're not sure it was still going to be there but we described it to your assistant & she knew straight away what we wanted & got it all sorted for us & our son had a choice colour to decide on. Being faced with a task not undertaken everyday, my knowledge of purchasing a mattress was limited. The store assistant was knowledgeabel and helpful without being overly obtrusive.

The two members of staff I dealt with were both very knowledgable on the items and gave advice that was very helpful. Not pushy at all just easy to deal with. And the product was very comfortable.
