The store assistant was very helpful, friendly & knowlegable & made our purchase very easy

we knew we wanted to upgrade our mattress &get something to help us with our aches & pains. I have multicoloured hair & have found it difficult to be taken seriously when shopping. Roxana approached us when we walked in & she was very friendly with us. We explained our situation & she offered to use the sleep bed which tracks the best kind of mattress for you & offered us a cup of tea/coffee. She got a list of suitable mattresses, handed us some pillows(with covers) & took us around the store. She started at the most expensive and we went from there. She let us try multiple beds &answered our questions. we felt very comfortable & not being forced into a sale. She offered a bottled water to myself (amazing touch btw). We chatted between us & said we would step out the store to discuss finances. Rather than putting pressure on us, Roxana advised it was ok & to let her know the decision so she could write down what we had discussed. Thanks to Roxana we also bought a new bed. We have a new bed, mattress, pillows, mattress protector with warranties & delivery too. I can't thank her enough! She really is a credit to Dreams!

The store was clean and there was hand sanitiser and masks available. The assistance was lovely and very helpful The other staff were also very happy and made the visit a pleasure

The lady who helped us - Roxana was very friendly and helpful. The bed we laid on that scanned us and showed us the best mattress was great and we were able to choose our new mattress quickly. Delivery time was impressive. Very happy with the delivery people too.

Roxanne, the assistant at the store approached us immediately on entry, allowed us afequate time to look at the products, quickly responded to our request to try the product, placed our order and took payment quickly and efficiently and was polite and friendly throughout the visit.

Mark at the Wellingborough store was great. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and assisted us to find the perfect mattress and TV/bed. He never made us feel like we were being rushed. Mark is a credit to the store and company.

Staff were very helpful friendly and approachable . We were shown a variety of products and in depth detail of each provided.
