we were attended to immediately and by someone with excellent knowledge of the products they were selling. We were offered refreshment and told to take as much time as we wished to test all the products until we were satisfied with our choice. There was no pressure to buy or chose a product over our budget. All offers were explained to the full so we had a clear view of what our choices were.

We were assisted by Kelly who was very attentive and had good product knowledge. She listened well to our needs and showed us various products she felt may be what we were looking for. She is a very calm personable lady. And we understand she had only work for Dreams for 4 days when she assited us with our purchase. Your store manager Liten is very good also very good and his product knowledge and customer service is excellent. Overall it was a very good shopping experience.

The Manager, Litin, could not have been more helpful, friendly, knowledgeable or have provided more attention to the detailed inquiries that were making regarding our purchase of a new bed. Right at the beginning, and again during our visit, we were offered refreshments and a great deal of time was spent to ensure that we made the right decision as to which bed might suit our sleeping habits and our needs for a bed with a particular level of support. We were encouraged to try very many beds, and at all times the store staff were most patient and concerned that we were happy with the level of help that was being provided. At no time did we feel pressurised into making any purchase (I guess this is one of the marks of a good sales team) but rather that we were being 'helped' into making the right choices. 10/10.

i went to the wellingbough store the lady that showed me the beds and served me was very nice even offered me a cup of tea and pointed out the extras i could have half price like pillows and head board at reduced price her name was sharon customer service means a lot to me as it makes me want to return to the shop
