Amanda came straight to use when we entered the store. she explained all the different mattresses and the benefits of each one. She left us to decide which one we liked without being pushy,

We knew what we wanted so the assistant was able to point us in the direction of the product we had asked about and show it to us, she also offered to show us some alternatives to consider. All of our questions were answered quickly and with a good knowledge of the products available. We felt that she understood our needs and was able to make suggestions based on meeting those needs

The sales assistant was great from the start very helpful and not at all pushy. Even doing the finance was straight forward. Amanda was very patient with during the finance agreement as I kept getting things wrong, she is an asset to your company. Would gladly deal with Amanda again when we need to purchase the bedside tables that match the bed we chose.

The store assistant and her colleague were able to immediately show us the product we had come to view (we had previously seen the product on your website). She was well informed and able to answer all of our queries adequately. The purchase process was completed quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.

The store manager spent quality time with myself and my daughter, trying to find out exactly what we wanted. I was shopping for my daughter and teenagers are very difficult to communicate with at the best of times however he actually spoke to her when he realised the bed was for her trying to establish what she would like. He helped us by letting us know detailed information about products we enquired about which really helped us to make the right decision on what to purchase without being pushy.
