Dreams - Wellingborough

We ordered a bed from Dreams around 5 years ago which we are delighted with. Just before Xmas we decided on a further bed for our second bedroom. Unfortunately following a promotion in the press we ordered from another supplier. This however has been a real problem for us firstly in getting the supplier to change the bed, secondly they could not really come up to the standard of our Dreams bed so they have agreed to replace and a refund. They are collecting the bed next Tuesday 2nd February. We are now hoping our new bed arrives from Dreams as soon as possible as we will be without a bed for this period.

I found the staff helpful, friendly and interested in what I wanted to buy. There was plenty to choose from and I am quite happy to return to the shop in the future.

Friendly, efficient service. Both Litin and Amanda showed good knowledge of the products and gave us good advice to help us make up our minds about which products to buy.

Very quick and friendly service, lady tried to offer products as suitable to our requirements as possible. Explained all the offers and sorted the best deal for us. I have already recommended this store to my colleagues.

Sales lady very helpful and knowledgeable. Not at all pushy but extremely helpful with good knowledge of all your products.

We went shopping for a new bed for our great granddaughter who is 4 they made her feel very important and was very patient with her alowed her to try out the beds both me and husband had a very relaxed shopping experience well done to all staff at Wellingborough

The in store team were excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The delivery communication was great and the crew were also excellent.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not pushy. Offered us drinks and spent time showing us various finishes and moving samples around.

The assistant manager Sharon was just so helpful ir was unbelievable, Sharon must of spent at least 2 hours with me making sure I was buying the right mattress for my need. Sharon walked round all the different mattress with me, carriying the pillow with her, which I must add was a cooling pillow that I have never heard of, great for my needs as I am quite a hot bloody person.Sharon even advised me to have a mattress with the cooling gel in it, I tried loads and loads of different mattress time Sharon spent with me was no problem what so ever, I did buy a mattress and I also got the cooling pillow as well. Sharon is a credit to the dreams store in Wellingborough, you would not get the service I got in any other store what so ever. Sharon also knows what she is talking about, even told me if I was not happy with the mattress I could return it with in 40 day. We was well looked after even offered tea which we had, very nice too, all the staff at Wellingborough store are just so help full would just like to say a very very big thank you to Sharon. What a star you are.

The reason why my wife and I were highly satisfied was because your Store Manager Mr Litin provide use with excellent service. He explained the options that were available as far as the mattresses were concerned which we both tried. This enabled us to select the right mattress that we felt would provide us with the most comfort. In addition to the bed and mattress we also purchased two new pillows and a mattress protector about which we were given advice and we were also allowed to try the pillows. All in all the experience was excellent.
