pleasant environment, friendly staff without being overly attentive / pushy

Given time to select item , advice given , friendliness and a good cup of coffee , good banter with staff

Upon entering the Wellingborough Dreams store the manager, Litin made us very welcome and went to great lengths to put us at our ease. He showed us in great detail the products available, explained their merits and then let us try them out for ourselves. We had ample time to choose THE bed for us and proceeded to purchase same. We concluded the sale and we are looking forward to delivery.

Good service however salesman tried a little too hard to rationalise the cost of buying a higher priced item for my lightweight daughter who does not need a top of the range mattress and could sleep on a shelf.

The staff in Wellingborough were very friendly and welcoming and gave my daughter and I all the time we needed to come to a decision about a mattress. They also gave us tea and biscuits which was a lovely treat!

Excellent assistance and advice, plus a good price.

Assistant was friendly, polite and knowledgable, the transaction was completed very quickly but everything was explained to me very thoroughly.

i was suffering from a spine injury and the assistant went that bit further to help me find what i was looking for full marks thank you.

We were welcomed into the store, given advice on the various types of mattress and allowed to lay on them to test. We were given a cup of tea and biscuits and spent some considerable time discussing our options

Amanda was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. As we were unsure what we were looking for, she took us through all the alternatives, then gave us time to consider and discuss before coming to a decision.
