Dreams - Wellingborough

We were very impressed with the help and advice that was given to us, it enabled both of us to make, we think, the right decisions and choices for the beds and the mattresses. We were both treated like family and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

We had previously visited another dreams store, which the staff was very helpful in guiding us to the best bed and mattress for us, unfortunately I was not in a position to pay for the bed that day, the deal he offered us was only available on that day, even though we explained I needed to transfer the money.the next day we went to a closer store and the staff was so helpful and actually done a better deal for us

We were offered assistance and guidance when needed. The colleague then backed away periodically to give us time to make a decision.

On arrival at the store we were greeted by Amanda. She was not invasive and kept her distance, offering advice when we needed it but allowing us space to make private selections. Her manner was friendly and polite. The manager offered us a cup of coffee and biscuits which were well received. We were shown different products and given plenty of time to make decisions. It was overall a very pleasant experience

I came into the Wellingborough store with my partner and four year old son, we was looking for a new bed as we have had the same one since we moved out of our parents 6 tears ago wich was a "handmedown" a new bed was a really big thing for us and was critical that we got the right one. Within less than one minute Litin had came to our assistance and helped us with our enquiries. He was a very nice man to deal with and made us feel so welcome in the store that I almost felt like I was in my own house. He helped us so much that we were so confident that we had found the right bed with the right finance option. Just through asking us open questions about what we actually wanted and other specific requirements. I felt that satisfied that I actually made my purchase there and then and came back within two hours to put my deposit down. ( I wasn't even looking at making a purchase when We came into the store I was just looking at what was available and getting ideas) He was also very accomodating to our autistic son (he gets very agitated when in shops) very, very happy with his customer service skills and it was a fantastic shopping experience.

Everything we asked for was given and any questions were answered and throughly explained well.customer service was excellent.

The staff just couldn't do enough to help. My mother is 86 and the staff made us a cup of tea, tried different mattresses on the bed so that mum could try them for comfort. At the time we were their only customers and all three assistants took care of us. Everywhere was clean, and they explained the delivery and collection service to mum in detail ensuring that she understood.
