Knew what I wanted and so the assistant simply directed me to the products and suggested items I might need besides the guest bed- head board etc. No nonsense trying to flog anything else to me. Quick to take my order., arrange delivery and removal of old mattress.

The Sales Assistant, Amanda, was very knowledgeable and helpful and quickly answered any queries we had.

The staff where very good and very help with the understanding of mine and my wife's need but where also very helpful in getting us the best deal possible to amount we could spend

We were given assistance as we asked for, and given all the options with regard to our budget and purchase.

We were in the area and just popped in for a quick look. We was in need of a new mattress but we were not sure what we were looking for other than comfort. The store manager Litin introduced himself and invited us to try the different mattresses, he explained the colour coding and what the different options were. He mentioned a few things that we had not previously considered like allergies the weight of us and what the mattresses were made up of. After trying the various mattresses in store we found one that suited us. We were so pleased to find a very comfortable mattress to replace our old one that we instantly decided to purchase it. Litin also reminded us about a mattress protector, he showed us the options to which we chose the one that could be washed regularly without any deterioration to the quality. Litin was great with the kids offering them drinks and biscuits which kept them amused while we completed our purchase. Overall a great shopping experience and excellent service. On the way out my daughter said he is the nicest man I have seen in a shop.
