Dreams - Wellingborough

We were made welcome being given a delicious cup of coffee, the assistant was helpful without seeming `pushy` she was knowledgeable about the beds we were looking for and explained the pricing to us which was extremely helpful.

We had a sales assistant called Amanda who helped us to find a mattress. She asked what we was after and got us to try a few out. Amanda also got both me and my husband a coffee each while we was deciding which mattress to go for. We also bought pillows and suggested which ones were best. Amanda was very helpful and we came away very happy customers. The staff in the Wellingborough branch are all very helpful and that makes a shopping experience much easier and enjoyable.

The Dreams colleague, Sharon, was very helpful. She allowed us to browse at our own pace and was intuitive of when to come over and provide any other further information. She understood our situation and was able to provide us with effective solutions. Wonderful customer service throughout!
