Dreams - Wellingborough

I knew what I wanted when I came into the store (Elwood day bed) - I was advised that they didn't have it in the showroom, but they checked with nearby stores to see if they did (they didn't). I was reluctant to buy such an expensive item unseen, knowing that I'd have to pay a collection fee; the manager offered a small reduction on the bed, saying that if i changed my mind, then the return fee would, in effect be less, and if I kept it, then I'd saved some money. The mattress selector and the assistance afterwards was excellent.

We were approached very politely and given advice. Darcie was patient, thorough, and wasn't pushy about the sale. We were satisfied with the mattresses offered and then chose the bed with further help from Darcie.

From the moment we stepped in to the Wellingborough store Sharon was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She spent a good amount of time with us after we had been on the magic machine discussing mattresses and bed frames etc so we could narrow down our search to what we actually required. We didn't buy on the day as we needed to measure etc as we had forgotten to do so!!. That weekend we were passing the Kettering branch and noticed your flash sale. We popped in and decided to go back to Wellingborough as Sharon had spent all the time and energy with us. When we arrived she was serving another customer so it was lovely to see the sales term working as a team rather than as a single unit and it showed the team to be customer focussed. Mark was very helpful and we have our bed and mattress being delivered next month. Great effort. Great service. Great choice.

I have attended the dreams store many times in the past for bed frames, mattresses, & pillows etc. I’m always impressed with the service and knowledge of products when questions are asked, always a friendly attitude and they don’t have a one size fits all policy. I wouldn’t use anybody else, Keep up the good work guys

Using the mattress selector tool bed thing (Xbox kinect and pressure map) was great. Then straight onto mattress testing! Quick service after my booking of the slot. Job done!

The time Darcie took to go through all the items I was interested in,giving me time to try different mattresses and pillows ,letting me go for a coffee before making my mind up.Evan when I came back not rushing me making my order always smiling. Thank you......

The assistant (Sharon) was really helpful, and gave us many options and advice.

Store was immaculate, Sharon the customer advisor was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and knew what product we wanted and went directly to the mattress and bed we purchased. Sharon was polite, welcoming and is a credit to Dreams. Thank you.

The lady talked me through options and price ranges. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Sharon was very patient and helpful, my Nan is 86 and can be difficult but Sharon was fantastic with being so understanding and took her time to have a chat with my Nan which made her day
