Dreams - Wellingborough

I was served by Kerry and the service I received was second to none cannot complain about anything, I was in a hurry to purchase a new bed and mattress and was all dealt with very professionally and we knowledge and gave me excellent advice on mattress comfort. The service was amazing. Litin served us, he listened to my needs, he showed my husband and I the best options for my needs and gently supported us through the process. He was efficiant, friendly and he made me feel i could trust what he was saying. Very professional and a really lovely man. Even though we don't live in Wellingborough, I would definitely recommend that store to my friends and family and return there when needed. Litin also asked if we needed pillows etc - I actually didn't realise how important a pillow is. Once again Litin guided me through them, allowing me to choose which one was the most comfortable and explaining how important it is and how the body should look when resting on a pillow. Yes they are expensive in comparison to tesco etc, but I had the best night sleep and didn't wake up in any pain. If this is just from the pillow then I can't wait for the bed and mattress. All the colleagues in the store were friendly and smiley - just a really lovley team. :) Thanks guys. x

Have been meaning for a while to purchase another bed and mattress but always seem to enter a showroom but end up walking out with no purchase, probably due to the sales pressure encountered all too often, this is across a wide range of showrooms not in anyway specific to Dreams showrooms, in fact in no way relating to any Dreams showrooms. We were at the wellingborough showroom and was assisted by sharon Matchett, I must say we were made at ease by sharons low key most helpful manner, guidance and time to make decisions alone, we purchased a bed and mattress and are most pleased with the service and items displayed and would recommend Dreams to anyone. Thank you.

The sales team were really helpful in helping us decide which bed and mattress was best for our daughter, even factoring in her age and build before recommending which products were best for now and the future as she grows.

The service we received was outstanding. Latin listened, assisted and gave us time to think. Amazing service, would highly recommend the store team. They were all lovely.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly and took me to where I needed to be.

This was the 2nd time we had used Wellingborough Dreams. We were greeted be Amanda within a couple of minutes of entering the store and she was very helpful throughout our visit. We were assisted in choosing the type of product which would suit us best and then shown around the options available. Amanda also gave great advice on maternity pillows for my wife even though they are not stocked. We were very happy with the whole experience and will not hesitate in visiting the same store the next time we need to buy a bed, perhaps in a few years when 'bump' has outgrown his/her cot bed!

The lady who served me was so helpful in helping me pick tne bed and matress that suited my needs at the best price, she was quick and friendly to order it for me and sort out a suitable delivery date. Overall a lovely shopping experience.
