The assistant was very knowledgeable helpful and extremely patient. He advised me on the best adjustable bed to suit my needs and didn't try to sell me the most expensive.

We were offered a cup of tea upon arrival. At this point the lady who dealt with us didn't even know if we were looking to buy. She also provided us with enough assistance and information, without hovering over us whilst we tried the beds. Finally, she recommended pillows for us that best suited our needs. They weren't necessarily the most expensive, but ticked all of our boxes.

We were approached by Kerry who was new in the job. This was her second week there. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she was friendly, attentive and clearly well trained to discuss options after listening to our needs. She was assisted with the more technical aspects of the sales process by her colleague, but we found her to be very helpful and coping well on her own. My wife and I were even offered a hot drink. We did not feel rushed and felt that Kerry and her colleague took the time to understand what we wanted and steered us in the right direction. Big thanks to them both for their help.

The store manager Litin went above and beyond in assisting me in my purchase. I was reluctant to return to A Dreams store due to shocking customer service at my local branch. I'm glad I made the decision to visit this one and am willing to make the journey out of my way to finalise payments and any problems should they arise.

Litin was very helpful. I had been in to the store a couple of days previously to look at a bed for my son. My son was unable to join me so Litin made sure that when my son when the in later he showed him the bed I had chosen, and guided him to try the mattress or an alternative.
