Dreams - Wellingborough

I WENT WITH MY SON AND HIS PARTNER, WE WERE GREETED, TOLD THE ASSISTANT WHAT I WANTED, HE DIDNT HOVER OVER US IF WE HAD A QUESTION, HE WAS THERE TO HELP. WE WERE OFFERED TEA OR COFFEE THERE WERE TWO GENTLEMEN THERE AND THEY WERE BOTH FRIENDLY K SCARGILL

The assistance I received on the store was incredible. Best service ever!

Saw a TV bed, asked for details etc and within minutes it was mine. Easy

we were not hassled by anyone to make a sale, just given lots of good advice.

given that the assistant was on her own the service was excellent

COLLEAGUR HAD OVERALL UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WE WANTED AND DELIVERED IN AN ARTICULATE MANNER- VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HENCE SALE.

The wellingborough team were amazing... I was served by Sharon and Amanda, they were amazing. Sharon showed me what I wanted, went into detail about the product and answered all my questions... i was then asked if i needed new pillows but then i was told dreams dont sell the Dunlop pillows anymore which is a huge shame as they are extremely comfortable, although Sharon did show me another type of pillow which I bought and I am happy with. I originally went in for a topper and come out with pillows as well as the topper (Great up selling there haha!) When we were at the counter Sharon and Amanda were great! They were extremely friendly and funny too (which I believe you need humor in retail) Over all 10/10!

I was dealt with by Kelly, very helpful and welcoming, the manager of the store remembered me and was very pleasant. I was offered a cup of proper tea in a China mug, a first in these times where the sale is the be all, I wasn't rushed an the whole of the staff at Wellingborugh are credit to the company, thank you.

the lady assistant was very helpful and knew her subject,so . buying the bed was a pleasant experience
