I wanted a new mattress but wasn't sure which one to buy so much choice after speaking to the sales assistant and having a lot of help and advice I found a mattress , it was nice to try the mattresses and have the advice of which mattress is best for you I'm looking forward to receiving my new mattress

Your colleague Litin was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He addressed us as soon as we walked and felt like we got the right product for our needs.

The member of staff (the manager) was very knowledgeable, as soon as we said that we wanted a solid wood bed frame he had one in mind even though it was only available through the online channel. Also he wasn't pushy or forceful he let us talk and discover our options whilst offering suggestions and insights.

The staff at your Wellingborough branch were lovely and helpful they were very polite and knowledgeable with your product as I was buying for my teenage daughter they spoke to her in a mature manner and explained everything on how to chose the best matteress for her growing needs

We were given each a pillow, and were explained in detail which beds had springs etc and then we were left to decide which one we preferred, then the lady explained the difference between gel, and foam .
