The store manager Litin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store and the service provided by all staff during our visit.

Really friendly staff, offered me tea and coffee (in real cups!) several times, was incredibly helpful, not too pushy and very knowledgable, just the right mix for a sales man. Happily purchased our mattress and the whole process was simple, seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend your Wellingborough store as my husband was dreading going in to buy a mattress but was incredibly surprised how relaxed the whole experience was. 11/10 all round

Both Litin and Sharon at Wellingborough were very helpful. Litin remembered us from January when we started looking for a replacement mattress under the 10 year guarantee. He was very helpful and gave us a great deal. Sharon dealt with me when I went back in to place the order and my whole experience was fantastic.
