my husband and I were looking for a tempur mattress, and found the sales assistant Sharon very informative, but not pushy. We had a very pleasant experience, nothing was too much trouble, and we were able to try as many beds as we liked and Sharon explained the difference between them. We chose a Tempur cloud and hopefully we will start to have a good nights sleep. We didn't feel pressured to purchase just very comfortable in making the decision in purchasing a very expensive mattress. our next purchase will be the pillows very soon.

The lady I spoke to (Sharon) was not only very informative but she listened to what my specific needs were and really helped me to make a decision. On top of her knowledge and understanding she was extremely friendly and made me comfortable from the start of the conversation without being a "pushy" salesperson.

The sales assistance who helped us (Matt from the Wellingborough store) was brilliant. Not forceful or pushy but incredibly informative, polite and helpful. We were offered a drink and pillows and were given plenty of space to be able to take some time to think about what we had been shown etc. We went in not overly sure what we were looking for but came out very much looking forward to receiving our new bed and mattress!

Having visited Dreams store in wellingborough the sales lady Sharon was most helpfull and understood exactly what I needed and was outstanding in her ability to deal with my requirments. I will be re-visiting Dreams store in wellingborough very soon to purchase some more bedding. If Dream stores were to offer rewards to their Sales team then Sharon certainly deserves one. We were served by Amanda in the Wellingborough store at castle fields retail park. Amanda was friendly and helpful without being overpowering. She had an excellent product knowledge and took time to understand our needs. She gave us time and space to think during our visits. We were very impressed with her approach. If only all sales people were like her.

Very polite, friendly and professional staff - offered hot/cold drink. Good eye contact and listened well to our needs re bed required. Knowledgable re particular bed.

Sharon was the only visible member of staff, she was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to speak to someone that doesn't make you feel like a sales opportunity but as if they genuinely want to find you what you need. EMPLOY MORE SHARONS - she is a real asset and I hope her management realise it.
