We were the only customers in the showroom at the time so it was a very good experience shopping for a new mattress, the assistant was very knowledgeable about our needs and helped us to the right mattress to suit our needs.

Manager (Litin?) was very helpful without being pushy. Explained in easy to understand terms so we could make the right choice for us

I did not go to the store this morning with the intention of making a purchase. However the salesman was really helpful but at the same time kept his distance and did not intrude on the discussions I had with my daughter who accompanied me. He pointed out the various points of all the beds I looked at and tried out. There was one bed which I really liked and so I decided on the spur of the moment to buy it. I do not regret my decision. The salesman took me through all the points very thoroughly and I am very happy to report a successful outcome.

The store assistant., Matt, was very helpful but over the top or too pushy..gave us time to make our own decision, we had looked around at several stores and are really pleased with the service we received from Matt and Litin the manager.
