The person that assisted me was friendly and cheerful. This is the second time I visited the store over the last 2 months. The same person offered me a cup of tea each time - very much appreciated. He carried my purchase to the car. Extremely polite and professional.

The lady who served us (Amanda) was extremely friendly and helpful and pointed us in the right direction for the mattress that best suited our needs. As there was a sale on we were amazed at the value, bearing in mind that we were unaware that there was a sale - we were going to the store anyway.
