An excellent selection of beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. The shop is very clean and the beds were well displayed.

It was very easy to find the product we wanted and we were greatly assisted by the knowledge, friendliness and guidance of the store personnel. We were also very happy to find that delivery would be soon.

When I walked into the store there was no one there, I was approached but not straight away, which personally I always find pleasant it's nice to have some time just to browse. The lady who came over was lovely she asked me a couple of questions and from that had asertained my needs straight away, taking me over to where I needed to be showing me the options that I choose from - even directing me to an opened demo to try. She advised me how much this option would save me on delivery and how to set it up. She even offered me a tea or coffee whilst she did the paperwork at the till. I'd never been to dreams before but I was made to feel welcome and valued, when I have to make another bed related purchase I will definitely be going back.

The salesman couldn't have been more helpful.

I was made to feel at complete ease throughout my visit today. I was given the time to make the right decision for myself and that is highly appreciated. Both the assistant and store manager were friendly and approachable from the moment i walked into the store, i actually left the store a happier person.

I feel that I was approached by the staff in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Any questions i had to ask were answered sufficiemtly and my needs were met to my own personal specification.

We were undecided as to which bed to buy, but Litin, the salesman gave us fantastic advice and we were impressed with his knowledge of the product. At the same time he was not 'pushy' and left us to quietly try out the beds and come to a decision

Both colleagues at the store were very helpful and informative. Remembered us from a previous purchase. Took time to understand our needs and budget and we left very happy with our purchase with no high pressure sales tactics. Very approachable and knowledgeable about products and prices and able to answer all our questions.

The store assistant was very friendly and helpful, we had no idea what we were looking for, but she helped us without judgement. The store assistant and manager made us feel very comfortable, offering us tea and coffee, which we felt was a lovely gesture.
