was looking for a new headboard. Store manager greeted us but did not bother us in any way except to tell us where we could check colour availability. After decision to buy was made all procedures were explained concisely and simply with payment options clearly iterated

The staff were so friendly and helpful and we were offered a hot drink on arrival.

The salesperson was Sharon who explained about the different qualities and prices of mattress available and discount currently available. We were able to try several mattress for comfort level and chose the King size one we wanted within our comfort and price range. We also arranged collection of old mattress and received a free mattress protector. Sharon was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, We were offered a coffee which we accepted whilst transaction was being put through.

Staff very helpful but not in your face.

I explained exactly what and why we needed our choice and Litin new exactly the options available to our requirements. No messing around. It was so easy to understand the the options and how they differed. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me, especially as I had my 6year old daughter with me. Will defiantly return for our next order.

The sales team were fantastic, i felt very at ease with them, they were not just trying to sell the most expensive item to us so they could get a higher commission. They listened to our needs,.
