Good sales personnel. Friendly approachable efficient

We were only going to look today, but the sales lady ( Amanda ) made us feel very welcome and there was no pressure etc, so we were able to let the sales staff inform us of the different products and establish exactly what we needed,. so much so that we choose a bed and mattress and are now looking forward to it being delivered soon.

Altogether we have purchased 3 beds from Dreams & have always received the best service.

Staff were very helpful and it was easy to find what we wanted

The store manager was really helpful especially because we have spent a long time in store trying to make up our mind, we even came back in the afternoon and we were offered cups of tea. Also it was explained to us in detail how some mattresses and pillows were made and what from which was really nice of the staff, we spend quite a bit in the end but left the store pretty happy 😊

The lady and gent in the wellingborough store were so helpful and patient and listened to what I had to say. They also went out of their way to ensure I got a good deal.

Both employees at dreams were very attentive to my specific needs. I came straight after work, straight away I was shown around, different mattress styles and so on and made a cup of tea. Litin, the employee who served us directly, took into account my job, how much sleep I might be getting a one time and used this knowledge to offer me certain mattresses. He did not pressure me into choosing a specific mattress with a higher price and when showing us each mattress he left us alone for a couple of minutes which we found amazing as quite often when you have someone watching over you the whole time you do feel pressured into making the wrong decision. When going through with the purchase again Litin was extremely helpful, finding the best option of payment for myself. Overall we were very happy with the experience and feel it is somewhere we will return because of the quality of customer service we received.

Me and my husband went into the store just to look at beds, but after your sales assistant showed us what was on offer also all the help and info he gave us, we just went ahead and made our purchase.

Clean shop well dressed staff knowledgeable what more could you ask for when you need to buy a bed Wellingborough is an excellent store and they should be treated as such by you
