Dreams - Wellingborough

Friendly, attentive and natural staff. Didn't feel pressured to order today, or to spend more than we had intended. We had a budget due to my husband having been made redundant only two weeks ago. Our twin daughters are in desperate need of these matresses. Thank you for training your staff to recognise that shoppers do have a budget that they need to stick to sometimes.

Sharron was a brilliant member of staff gave me all the time I needed and was attentive as soon as I walked in the store was given coffee and plenty of people biscuits . Overall she was a very friendly person and I would be happy to come back to dreams for all my bedroom needs

Shop was not too crowded - well laid out and Amrit was helpful without being pushy - very polite and could answer our questions when we narrowed our choice down to a few options.

Best customer service ever. I didnt realise until the end of the sale he was the manager. Credit to your company he was busy working moving displays attended to us immediately with a great friendly approach. Will definately shop in wellingborough dreams again.
