Went to get a bed and with the help of the assistant we got what we wanted. No fuss.

Excellent advice and made it very easy to choose the right bed and mattress

The staff were very knowledgable and very helpful as well as not being to pushy.

We were highly satisfied with the customer service we received at the Dreams branch in Wellingborough. To be honest, I have not received such good service since I bought my first Freezer from Power house over 17 years ago.

Assistant was very helpful not pushy at all allowed us to try mattresses in our own time but gave as ice when asked placed order right away and delivery will only be a week away good service and we hope to enjoy a good night's sleep in our new mattress

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly faced assistant offering to assist us. We were offered a refreshment whilst we browsed and upon making our enquiries on certain products she was knowledgeable enough in the products to answer our questions. The task of finding a suitable bed, which is always daunting, was made to be a pleasurable experience. The only problem we experienced was stock - the product was currently on hold due to no stock being available.

Sharon was very helpful advised me to try mattress & to make sure I could manage to open storage in base didn't rush us I will certainly return to Dreams when I need any bedding related items.
