From entering the store we were not pressurised by staff member, however once we had decided on a type of mattress the staff member proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall we wer very happy with he experience of purchasing our new mattress.

IT WAS EFFORTLESS, NICE AND DIRECT,

I had seen a bed I wanted online and went to the shop to look. I was unsure of the firmness of mattress that was best suited to me. Staff were amazing and helped me to choose with all their knowledge. In fact, I nearly fell asleep on the mattress as it was perfect!

I was very highly satisfied they were very friendly and they helped me pick the right one and I would recommend you to other people

Not pressured when entering store, offered tea and coffee, and advice when needed. We explained what we wanted and was shown the alternatives, the advice helped with our choice and our purchase.

Excellent customer service without any pressure, attentive, helpful and we found an excellent mattress albeit perhaps a little more than we had planned to spend, but we felt satisfied with our choice.

Attentive knowledgeable assistant, got a cup of tea, not pressured to hurry up with making our decision, deposit & finance option efficiently explained and dealt with speedily, only fly in the ointment was that we had to go back to store to collect out free mattress cover
