Assistant Sharon was very helpful in pointing in the right direction for what we wanted without having to spend ages trying beds that she felt would not be suitable for our needs. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all our queries.

Staff were friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. Kelly, who looked after us let us take our time to choose but with her advice. Once we have our mattress in place we will know if the advice was right! We are sure it was, she seemed to have a great knowledge of the different mattresses and guided us to the right choice.

Staff were courteous and willing to assistand demonstrate.

The sales person Amrit was very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. The product was just right for my needs. Pricing is competitive and a deposit with 0% finance over 20 months was a deciding factor for me. I also opted for an 8 year extended warranty on base and mattress as I thought that as well as being a comprehensive warranty is was good value for a very long period.

I store was quiet so we received the full attention of an experienced customer service assistant. Who heped us understand all your diferent products and even up sold us a tempra pillow which is very comfy.

When we came into Dreams we knew we needed a new mattress but no idea what sort of mattress to get. The assistant, Amrit, was extremely helpful and friendly (without being pushy). He explained the different types of mattress's available and gave us some good advice on what would be suitable for us. He then left us to make our own choice.

Excellent staff, really helped with requirements, not rushed at all, everything explained, we were even offered a cup of tea!.

The service provided by Amrit was excellent - the goods were well presented- and we were well satisfied by our first experience at Dreams.
