I was helped by a knowledgable and very pleasant staff member at the Wellingborough store --SUZANNE. i changed my order through customer services and again my request was handled in a professional manner .

Assistant Amrit greeted us promptly, offerred us refreshment, which we declined as we had just had drinks at our last stop, understood our needs quickly and gave excelllent guidance regarding the product for which we were looking.

The store is well stocked and the staff friendly and helpful. Delivery when we want it and recycling of our old mattress.

My mother needed a low bed as she is very small. The assistant, Amrit was excellent in his service letting her try various mattresses with a low divan.

The lady that dealt with my queries was excellent. Superb product knowledge without which I would have gone elsewhere. It was she that sold me the bed she spoke with confidence understanding and was so helpful.
