Amrit was very helpful, he listened to our needs and met them with no fuss or over the top sales pitch. We can not stand being fed a load of spiel, we know what we want with out all that so Amrit had the perfect balance.

The assistant Sharon was excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, patient and willing to help.

Amrit, greeted us gave us very good advice served us with a drink. the whole experience was great. Amrit, is a credit to the store.

The sjhop assistant took time with us and explained the different types of mattresses to us. She was very patient whilst we tried numerous beds out. No pushy, very polite , a pleasure to be served by her.

Nice and friendly responsive the only problem I did have was that the IT system used by the staff didn't save my details and they were required to fill all of my details in again

Great customer service given by the sales associate who was also very knowledgable. Store was very clean and products were well laid out to allow easy access to try out. Sales associate offered refreshments and also allowed us time to look and make up our minds without any pressure, he answered every question we had about the bed products in a very friendly and professional manner. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Staff extremely and friendly. Had an issue with getting a delivery date whilst in store but this was resolved as promised the following morning
