Sharon was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and was interested in us as people, not just how much money we could spend. She deserves a special "Thank You" for the time she spent with us. She even offered help with putting our old mattress in the disposal bag because she only lives around the corner - over and above what she is paid to do.

the assistants [there were two ] listened to my needs and my specific requirements,enabling them to gradually supply me with the product i needed. I was particularly impressed with there dedication to achieve my satisfaction without the usual pressure that one invariably comes across in the retail enviroment.

A good experience was shown a selection of the products and tried. Also left our own and time to decide, one downside a very expensive disposal service.

Well mannered knowledgeable sales lady by the name of Sharon. Listened to our needs and didn't try to oversell and wasn't pushy. I was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the products, I was neutral in so much that I needed mattesses and therefore visited a matress store. Good quality stock and well priced but not the most exciting thing to shop for. More a case of needs must x

We were the only customers in the store at the time so the staff member assisted us quickly and thoroughly. We left feeling that we had been given lots of options and had made the best choice for us.
