Michael who served us was superb, a real credit to your company. I downgraded one of my answers due to the unnecessary and surly intervention of another member of staff by the name of Amrit. We were happily doing our order when he interrupted Michael, without introducing himself, said "that's extra" and just walked away. Everything had been fully explained by Michael and this guys intervention was rude and totally uncalled for.

Overall the choice of beds is greater than in any other store we had visited and our requirements were understood and were available there and then to try out. There was no sense of pressure to buy and the information needed to make a choice was freely and sensibly given.

Great service, went in with my daughter as she needed a mattress and they spoke to her and checked what she liked.

Sharon approached me quickly and was able to offer friendly and expert advice to help me sort a new bed very efficiently. I left the store to consider my options and there was no hard sales tactics used which I liked very much. I returned later and was dealt equally efficiently by her colleagues and they made sure Sharon received the credit for the initial contact. I prefer to see credit where credit is due. I applaud their team work and help with my purchase. I will be bringing my mother in for her new mattress soon.
