I had already checked the website and decided on a particular model. Although the bed I wanted wasn't on show I was shown similar aspects on other models for a 'real life' colour match and finish. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not pushy. I have yet to receive my order - I'm hoping that experience will be as good as the one in-store.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, I was expecting to have to wait longer for a delivery time but was pleasantly surprised. The deals your company offer really help to keep the price down, as a mother of 2 with a disabled husband and 2 jobs, this is really helpful to me.

I had an opportunity to look around the store at my own pace without hassle from sales person. When I needed assistance the sales person was very helpful and answered my questions. Excellent shopping experience. Unfortunately the bed I have purchased is unavailable for delivery for 6 weeks which means my son has to sleep on a broken bed for that long.

Amrit was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the right mattress and base that would suite me.
