The shop assistant was extremely helpful. Showed us the best bed for our budget and suggested we lie on it to make sure.

Myself and my husband were greated by a lady called Suzanne, she asked us our needs and showed us around. She gave us time to think and explained sone payment options. After a decision was made we accepted the by now pay later option which suzanne was very happy to assist with.

Myself and my daughter visited the Wellingborough store on 22/10/17. We were greeted by two ladies who were down to earth, fun, knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease. I would definitely shop there again and recommend the store and staff to all my friends and family. Well done Wellingborough Dreams Store.

We purchased a bed from this store a few years ago - we have been very happy with it, and with the help we received from Sharon at the time. We returned to this store (even though it is not the most local to us) because of the excellent service we previously received. We were very pleased to have Sharon's help and advice again today with buying an additional bed. Sharon is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products, and struck exactly the right balance between being attentive and leaving us to try the beds in our own time.
