Sharon served us, listened to what we wanted. Was very friendly and polite. Helped us with a quote and then sorted our order when we returned to store later on

The customer service by Amrit was exceptional. He offered assistance upon entering the store but didn’t badger us until we later went to him to ask questions. He then gave us good information and helped us make the best decision we could for us. He didn’t seem too focused on a sale just only in helping us in finding what we needed. He had good product knowledge and was giving us options including sale items. We even talked off topic and he interacted nicely and was friendly to our 6month old. In all we felt relaxed and well informed on the products available. The highlight was instead of Amrit telling us what we needed he gave us enough information and beds to try out that we could decide for ourselves what we needed.

I was welcomed into the shop by Suzanne, after explaining that I was looking at purchasing a mattress, she showed me various products and explained the difference between each one in terms of number of springs and construction. She then suggested that I try each mattress and also asked what position I normally sleep in. After explaining the difference and price of each mattress that I tried, Suzanne then suggested that I continue trying the three mattresses that I liked on my own and to take as long as I wanted. Thanks to Suzanne's excellent support and advice - and no sales pressure - I finally made my decision and was more than happy to make my purchase. Excellent service and support by Suzanne; without whom I may have well left the store to 'think about it' and not made a purchase. I will now have my new mattress in time for Christmas :-)

I was assisted by Suzanne who asked me several questions on what I was looking for. She explained the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each one. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and gave me plenty of time to think about which mattress I wanted.
