Dreams - Wellingborough

We were helped by staff Maria and manager with good information and demonstration of the mattress

The assistant who served was really helpful, she showed us what we wanted and gave us hot drinks and a comfortable chair to sit in while we decided (my husband is 80 and can't stand too Long)

WE were given all the help and information we required without feeling any pressure for a sale.

Sharon was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were even given a cup of tea. Right balance of being professional and friendly.

I found the staff very pleasant and obliging and willing to help and did not keep bothering me when I was testing the beds, unless I asked them a question. Which they answered with confidence. I was there ages trying beds then I found the one which suited me, can't wait for the delivery. looking forward to it, very nice experience.

The strange thing is that when I think of any product to aid better sleep, I go straight to Dreams. I have been experiencing headaches for the last few nights, but after purchasing a memory foam pillow at £85.00, my headaches were gone the very next morning. My wife already has one and we sleep on a Dreams memory foam mattress, so they say "its always good to get the set!" Fantastic, brilliant and worth the money.

We were approached by a Dreams representative soon after we entered the store, explained what we were looking for, and very quickly we were shown examples of the exact products we required. We decided to go ahead and order, and were courteously shown to the service desk where we were offered coffee whilst we completed the paperwork for our order. Sharon, the Dreams representative was a 'dream'- very knowledgeable friendly and polite. The paperwork was rapidly completed and we left the store completely happy and satisfied with our purchase. We would recommend this store, and Sharon, without question.
