The young girl who served me was excellent. Steered me in the right direction. Wasn’t too pushy. Gave me time to think and take my time. A real delight! Hope she gets a bonus

Very good service delivered. We were served by Amir at the Watford store. He greeted us with a friendly face and completed the sleep match process. From there we tried the variety of beds with a pillow to make sure which bed was right for us. Once we had chosen, we were offered a drink while completing the paperwork for the order. A very enjoyable and pleasant shopping experience.
