The lady who helped us was thorough, helping us to figure out what sort of mattress would suit us best, and giving us the information/guidance to try the mattresses that fit our profile. She gave us the time and space to try them over and over again to compare, and then helped us select pillows and other necessities to go with it. She gave us water near the end as we scheduled the delivery, and we had an overall excellent experience.

I firstly attended the Aylesbury branch where my experience was not good in any way. I decided to attend the Watford branch as the item I wanted was a Dreams only brand and felt a different ranch might be better. I was right. The staff at Watford were friendly, helpful and gave me the time and space I needed.
